Lead development and strategy for an enterprise-wide AI Registry supporting responsible use and lifecycle tracking of AI use cases and AI/generative AI models. Manage service delivery for the enterprise generative AI API platform, including model onboarding, stakeholder engagement, and technical enablement. Establish processes for model approval, platform integration across Azure, AWS, and open-source environments, and deprecation governance. Coordinate technical workshops, hackathons, and office hours to promote generative AI adoption across the organization, and collaborate across engineering, product, and leadership teams to align AI efforts with enterprise priorities.

Rotated across two teams within Northrop Grumman's Pathways program. On the CIO Enterprise AI team (Jun 2024 – Jan 2025), led the organization's AI website initiative as the central hub for AI activity, ran technical workshops and hackathons on generative AI adoption (including chatbots and API-driven AI services), and conducted industry research to track emerging trends relevant to the enterprise's AI direction. On the CDO Advisory Group/Information Governance team (Jul 2023 – Jun 2024), contributed to the Data Literacy initiative and helped align the CDO and CIO's strategic roadmaps. Led the redevelopment of the CDO website and designed an interactive data literacy game to make governance concepts more approachable across the organization.

Conducted machine learning research under Dr. Jiliang Tang’s group, analyzing and predicting learning outcomes in Massive Open Online Courses using the Open University Learning Analytics dataset. Identified which student and course features most influenced pass/fail outcomes, using multiple machine learning algorithms and feature-importance analysis across roughly 32,000 students.
